I'm running really low, and usually grab some off ebay at a good price, but can't come across any quick enough.What is the equivolent of Mary Kay Ivory 2.0 cream foundation in other brands?

Ivory 2 in CTP means you have a pink undertone in your skin so look for something dark Ivory with pink.
