Where can i find COMPACT liquid cooling for mini-itx?

Basically, i want to make a high performance Mini-ITX computer for a friend who has about 拢600 to knock around with.

I am using a jetway board with an AMD quad or dual (haven't decided yet). But he doesn't want noisy fans, and i know that chips of this sort do not like being passively cooled.....

Is there anywhere i can find a small footprint liquid cooling system, i can build the case myself, so it does not matter if it wont fit in a standard case.

Thanks alot.Where can i find COMPACT liquid cooling for mini-itx?
You'll probably need to find it on the internet. I heard cooking oil works quite well.

BUT!...If you put a Liquid cooling system in it you will need a water pump, which is going to be louder than a fan.

TO answer you other question after I re-read it. You are not going to be able to find a power light/button easily if you mean the unit you can plug into the Motherboard. Almost every computer has a different pin sequence. you will need to google your Motherboard and try and find a pin layout. Then try and wire a button to it. There is no 1 kind of computer button, anything that will connect a circuit for a second will do. I replaced mine with a key lock I got off the internet.
