Alternative to liquid under eye concealer?

I usually use liquid under eye concealer but I'm sick of rubbing it on my eyes because it's just not good and I'm starting to notice the negative affects of touching my eye area so much.I have very pale skin so the dark circles under my eyes are very noticable. I need something extra strong to hide my dark circles. I've been thinking about that mineral powder but it's expensive so I want some feedback.

Rubbing the concealer isn't how you apply concealer. You pat it in place. The kind of perks up the skin and you won't get the sensitiveness you get by constantly rubbing it. Also patting or tapping it in places gets the skin to absorb it better.Alternative to liquid under eye concealer?
