I need a liquid concealer that won't make me break out?!?

Ok so I cleanse, tone, and moisturize twice a day. (morning and night). Now I have some small but kind of a lot and visible acne scars on my forehead and chin, so of course I need to use concealer. I'll use liquid foundation sometimes instead. I do not know which is better for you, but I like to use liquid and I apply it to my whole face to make my complexion look alot better, even though most of my face is acne-free. My face would be basically completely clear (except for the scars), if I didn't wear any makeup, but my scars look sooo bad and I need the color. But I take really good care of my skin other than the makeup.





So I would like to invest in a reallyyy good non-comedogenic, oil free concealer or foundation (whichever is better for my whole face) that WILL NOT at all break me out. This is usually what happens:





Sunday night before bed- clear skin, no pimples-maybe a few.





Morning- clear skin after washing face again and then apply my makeup.





Get home- 3 or 4 new whiteheads from my makeup. It goes away in 2 days, and then the process starts over again.





So all I need is good foundation or concealer. My mom told me concealer is better and it won't clog my pores? So please suggest a good product for me that won't worsen my skin! Please not soo extremely pricey though, but I'm willing to pay a good amount.


Oh ya, and I have combination skin


(nose and forehead is oily, rest dry)

maybelline power natural perfecting concealer is good very lightweight , no oil , talc or fragrance in it covers everything without looking cakey or over done it a liquid concealer and mineral base.


also Clinique advance concealer is good it hides flaws and blemish is fragrance free gentle on skin cost $20 but worth it it last a day long.I need a liquid concealer that won't make me break out?!?
BEYOND COLOR Radiant Lifting Concealer by Avon. There are great products that can also help you cleanse, tine, and moisturize. And Avon's products last longer so you won't have to apply makeup as often as you would by using store brands.
Well, somewhere on the package, there should be the word: noncomedogenic. It means that it doesn't clog pores. I have the Trublend whipped foundation and it works great against breaking me out, and that's while sweating a lot at practice, so I would recommend that. Good luck!
I've tried concealer %26amp; foundation %26amp; I'd have to say that foundation is lighter than concealer. I use Clinique liquid foundation %26amp; it's never made my skin break out. I've been using the stuff for 7 years. Some of my other friends use Prescriptives %26amp; they really like them as well. Hope that helps!
Revlon's Colorstay collection has a great liquid foundation, and its hypoallergenic, and its not oil based, its about $12 at any drugstore, give it a try and see how it works for you.

i use clean and clear liquid for sensitive skin, you put it right where the blemish is. it works so well! i hardly ever break out for a long period of time
mabe try using powder and then bare mineral stuff because its better for your skin because makeup cloggs your pours and that can be why you are getting achne
Try Physcian'sFormula. It is all light and nice looking.
Try Mac concealer it's really good.
I would say tinted moisturizer but you said you have very oily skin so it may look too shiny, but you could always brush some of the natural mineral powder over.


I use ';fake it foundation'; from benefit, which is a cream that turns into powder when you put it on, when i got it the lady said it doesn't block pores because its water based and its not harsh on your skin. It doesnt look cakey and gives you the right coverage.

i use almay smart shade makeup and smart shade concealer


the makeup isn't cakey or orangey, hasn't made me break out, and covers up pretty much all of my acne scars, but not the actual pimples.


the concealer covers up those, though! almay makeup is all nocomedogenic and oil free. the foundation is about 11 dollars, and the concealer 8. ( both are liquid. ) it's good stuff!
Brands of makeup have special ones for acne prone skin, so you could try one of those. Clinique has really nice foundations that don't break me out and I have really sensitive skin, so you could look into that. You could go to a Elder Bearman, Macy's, or other department store and they have a makeup department and the people working there will help you find what's right for your skin.
