Why does my face get dried after i put on liquid concealer?

ok, so i've just tried liquid concealer, and it makes my face dried up. how can i put on liquid without making it dried. oh, its half liquid and half poweder. and i dont know how to put it on properly, help??Why does my face get dried after i put on liquid concealer?

Normally the liquid/powder concealers dry up skin because of the physical change (I am assuming it is a liquid to powder concealer) on the skin. Try either just a liquid or just a powder concealer (liquid covers better though). Avoid the acne concealers since your skin sounds dry, even if it is for a pimple.

Use a sponge wedge to apply it or use the pad of your fingers to gently pat it on.





I've tried it and It did not feel smooth on my face at all. It finally dried after a few minutes, but it felt chalky and even slightly sandy/gritty. What really bothered me most was that there was still a shine on my nose and forehead, so it didn't help my combo skin situation.


So I had to apply pressed powder on top of that. Then it was too cakey looking %26amp; I felt like my skin was under a layer of muddy dirt.





My sisters didn't like it either. The Color sounded like it would match our face, but it didn't match what we applied.
hm, maybe you should try a different brand? or try natural concealer.


i have concealer [non-liquid] it's cream-ish, and it kind of dries my skin...
That's why! You are using Cover Girl! That cheap stuff will ruin your skin.
