Oh my, I can totally tell you how to afford all of that with only 24 bucks. I pay so little for my makeup.





Okay, so I got my tinted moisturizer at Target. It's called CG Smoothers, and it works the best AND has an SPF of 15. It was about 4 bucks, and it lasted about two months, I believe.





I use NYC color bronzer, which was only 1.99, again, at Target. I love it, and it also lasts a while. But it's powder.





I don't use liquid eyeliner, but I DO use CG Perfect Point PLus eyeliner, and I swear by it. It's retractable, and more of a crayon, and looks really good no matter how much you put on. I got it at Target, of course, for about 2 bucks.





And I only use Covergirl foundation. It's about 6 dollars, and I love it. I only use it once in a while, so it can last me up to an entire semester, but it's really good and goes on lightly. But it can highlight dead skin, so make sure you exfoliate.





Target is pretty much the best for cosmetics. I love that place. Hope this helps.
E.L.F is sold online and at target. All of their products only cost $1 and they are really good quality. You can definitly get the bronzer through them. NYC liquid eyeliner is cheap and sold at target also. Almay sheer foundation and Covergirl tinted moisturizer are both sold there also and they are both around $10. Since the others will only cast you about $5 total, you should have money to spare. Hope that helps.
